I had Knee surgery a year ago, this is quite helpful! Also as a Martial Arts Instructor I find the seated leg extensions are are genius for kicking training.

How long do the white spots last?

This workout helped my back pain almost immediately! It was an acute injury from work and was so painful but these exercises definitely helped. I will continue doing them and will look at doing some other videos too.

All I can say is thank you. It has worked wonders in 5 days. On Saturday I couldn't walk and had shooting pains down my legs and into my feet. I was an extremely unhappy man. Now I'm up and about, walking and finally have the confidence that I can start strengthening my core again without injuring my back. You will be in my prayers

The babies,these wee angels are beautiful I always believe God sends them to teach us life lessons and to be humble and patient and to remember to love one another in life as we are all human,these angels lived they were here,would be nice if the medical field would remove the,incompadable with life because these beautiful angels do live even if it’s short they still lived ❤I lost a baby and think of my baby often but I know I will see my baby in heaven and I’m blessed with 4 grown up children 2 sons and 2 daughters and we talk about the baby I lost as he’s still their sibling ❤

Pffftttt absolutely nit fit for purpose, i have been in and out of hospital for the passed 4 years, fed loads of antibiotics every other week, almost lost my life, turned to all natural products and I have been sooo much better, my doctors havent even called me or asked to come and see me or anything for as long as i can remember and NOW they want me to have a health check after ALL this time, no thank you, I have COMPLETELY lost ALL faith in doctors
